I
hereby inform you of the commencement of the functions of our government called
for all legal purposes with erga omnes effects: ISLAMIC NATION OF PALESTINE,
which will be governed by our Supreme Leader ALI MUHAMMAD BIN FAISAL AL SAUD,
who has notified the person who had been exercising the functions of government
of the so-called "STATE OF PALESTINE" in the person of Mr. MAHMOUD
ABBAS, of his dismissal.
The
Islamic Nation of Palestine is a pro-tempore State with Limited Recognition,
and has as its territory:
The
territory and other geographical spaces of the Islamic Nation of Palestine are
those that corresponded to the territory of Palestine before the transformation
that occurred as a product of the invading force that emerged in the Partition
Plan for Palestine with the UN proposal to divide the British Mandate in our
territory since time immemorial, contained in Resolution 181 of November 29,
1947.

Palestine sont ceux qui correspondaient au territoire de la Palestine avant la
transformation qui s'est produite en tant que produit de la force d'invasion
qui a émergé dans le plan de partage de la Palestine avec la proposition de
l'ONU de diviser le mandat britannique. sur notre territoire depuis des temps
immémoriaux, contenues dans la Résolution 181 du 29 novembre 1947.

Islâmica da Palestina são aqueles que correspondiam ao território da Palestina
antes da transformação ocorrida como produto da força invasora surgida no Plano
de Partilha da Palestina com a proposta da ONU de dividir o Mandato Britânico
em nosso território desde tempos imemoriais, contida na Resolução 181 de 29 de
novembro de 1947.

In
this vein, our Nation will denounce before the International Community the
dispossession of our territory by the Kingdom of Great Britain with the
acquiescence of the United Nations.
Our
Nation does not recognise Resolution 181 of 29 November 1947, and will work
with international diplomacy to remove from our territory the Nation that has
been illegitimately occupying our territory.
Our
capital is the city of Jerusalem, and our borders are located to the North with
Lebanon and Syria, to the South with Egypt, to the East with Jordan and to the
West with the Mediterranean Sea and Egypt, which we now claim and declare as
such.
The
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Nation of Palestine, Latifa Arafat,
presents her compliments to Mr. Antonio Guterres, Secretary-General of the
United Nations, with the assurances of our highest esteem and consideration.
