TO THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE
The Traitors of our destiny are perfectly identified, on whose front is Mahmoud Abbas.
We are aware that the Freedom that belongs to us is kidnapped by these traitors.
We are Muslims and we declare that the bloodbath that the occupying power of our territories commits daily, does so under the complacent indifferent attitude of Mahmoud Abbas and his entourage of collaborators.
We have recognized before the Secretary General of the United Nations Resolution 181 of 1947, whose Diplomatic Note was delivered by our Minister of Foreign Affairs Latife Arafat.
The mechanism of partition of the territories has been activated, by virtue of having perfected the Resolution, as established in it, with regard to chapter 4 in its article 19 referring to the "Denunciation, modification and interpretation of the agreement", which we will present to the United Nations to discuss it with the occupying power, where the Security Council will know as a whole the fulfillment by the other party of this Mandate of the United Nations, which is binding, because if it is the opposite and the occupying power refuses to comply with it, its Act of Independence of 1948 and its inclusion as a permanent member of the United Nations of the United Nations will be de facto extinguished, since both acts emanated from their recognition of Reslución 181 of November 1947.
On the other hand, Resolution 181 of 1947 did not establish a period of time for the recognition of it, which we did on behalf of the People of Palestine, whose actions have erga omnes effects.
